Pretty Deadly Self Defense is a woman's self defense program based on natural movement, balance, and structure over strength and power. The program was developed by women, and designed specifically for the way women move, the things we actually face, and that's actually fun, easy to learn and that's easy to remember if you actually need it.

Susie Kahlich is a the founder of Pretty Deadly Self Defense, a program she developed based on her experience as a violent crime survivor and 23+ years of martial arts training. Developed to focus how the body actually reacts in threatening and danger situations, Pretty Deadly focuses on understanding how the biological self defense system actually works, improving body literacy and learning how to trust and work with the body's natural responses.
