The Pretty Deadly Self Defense Trainer course is a 5-day online + live training that includes both theory and practice. Successful completion of the course includes:

NASM: 1.9 CEU

AFAA: 15 CEU

ISSA: 20 Hrs

What to expect from the course:

Day 1: Methodology: Class structure and how to adapt for your own fitness or martial arts practice (online)

Day 2: Psychology: Leadership skills, de-escalation and debunking some common myths about women's self defense (online)

Day 3: Business and marketing challenges and how to overcome them (online)

Day 4: Techniques: Master the self defense techniques (live)

Day 5: Exercises: Learn the CBT exercises developed to enhance progress (live)

TEST-OUT: design & deliver a mini self-defense workshop (venue provided)
