BECOME A CERTIFIED ONLINE COACH

Taught entirely on Zoom, our Online Coach course certifies you to teach our live, interactive Basics of Self Defense Movement - a course we developed to introduce self defense basics using things you have around the house. (Or apartment! Or flat!)

For users, it’s a fun introduction into self defense. As a Pretty Deadly Online Coach, it’s a kick-ass way to earn part-time income, work flexible hours, or jumpstart your fitness career... all while doing good for your community! 

WHAT DO YOU NEED? QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

You must be 24+ years old and have at least one of the following:

• Be a Pretty Deadly Self Defense graduate
• 1 year teaching experience
• Minimum 6 months online teaching experience
• Live performance or public speaking experience
• 2 years volunteer or mentoring experience
• Community organisational experience (Organising your neighbourhood BBQ counts!)

There’s no need for any previous martial arts training. We simply take you through a comprehensive application and interview process to make sure our Pretty Deadly class users are always safe.
